Hey look, a Big Foot sighting. My life is so colorful, even down to my toes! Or rather "toe". Poor little thing, it looks like it has a black eye. It was a "Severe Stubbing Incident". No pets were harmed in this incident. And no cuss words shouted. But a lot of jumping up and down, toe holding and boo-hooing did commence. I thought it was broken, but it moved, so just badly bruised. So a "miss" on the break.
And the "hit"...alas my poor Sweet Hub now joins the ranks of the swelling un-employed. That's the swelling "numbers" of un-employed, not the swelling of the actual un-employed themselves.
I think our state has not been hit quite as hard as some of the others, with the economic woes. But, that could be changing. Especially with the closing of auto dealerships and such. Over 90 IT peeps where let go yesterday...it does make one shake her head in wonder. But, we have survived before and we will survive this one as well, with the grace of God. And perhaps even get a little thinner in the bargain.
Hey, it's all good. Kit's are in my Glitter and Grunge shop! And I'm currently working on book kits that are too dang cute. If I do say so myself.
