Is this sweet little pink birdie. She's all dressed up to go out. But.
Sometimes she likes to stay home. "And in her nest, she was surrounded by the things she loved". And what does she have in her nest? Why a bit of this and that.
A bit of ribbon, a vintage pearl, a vintage bead, a button and a wee scrap of old seam binding. She tucked in a vintage piece of flocked wall paper and a bit of broken china.
And she loves to read, so she even found a bit of an old book page. She is all done up in shades of pink, in her jaunty, toile party hart, but her feet hurt and she decided to just stay home.
She's at my Etsy.
Happy Thursday.
She must be a pink magpie.

Thanks for your comment. Loved the cat hair saying. Such truth. My poor husband wouldn't know what to do if his clothes were free of fur. I have a lint roller in every room.haha
I'm getting such a kick out of this blogging. I'm adding you to my blog list.

What a pretty little birdie. She does know how to make a fine looking nest. Where and when is the party? I'll go in her place. Love your book, it is so full of neat little things. I have to make one of them!
