Not in the hand, as the case may be.
Just wanted to show off this little birdie.
My "To Do" list is slowly whittling down. This was a special order for my friend Ruthe! My dear, Ruthe is one of the most delightful people I know, always quick with a hug and sweet with a compliment. She and I love to joke about "making miracles in a two inche space" (referring to the invariable two inches of work space on our desks). Ruthe is quite the awesome scrap booker as well. And we share a passion for all things Halloween. She was born on that date...isn't that fun!
I did a little more stitching and bigger pieces of fabric so he would have a more quilted look. And left off the hanger. I was thinking he would look sweet tucked into a little nest.
She says "birdie" is quite settled in her new home. I'm glad you like her Dear! As they say....a birdie in the hand....
: D
My work area is rather large, but the actual space that is uncluttered is well let's say, there isn't any. I have to get more orgainzed! I have to post a picture of my counter. I have seen a lot of crafter's work areas. Some are neat, but most are cluttered like mine. I want to go to the othrside and see how that works.
The bird is way cute!

He turned out great. Yes, how is it that no matter where or what I am working on, I end up completing it in a itty-bitty space or on top of my supplies....an interesting phenomenon for sure.

I am not sure where I bought the cards. It had a sale tag on it, no store name! Most likey Jo Ann's, Michaels or TJ Maxx. I just liked how they were very different and cheap, I mean inexspensive!
